JEM Home Buyers is a family owned and operated Residential Redevelopment Company. Commonly referred to as "rehabbing" or "flipping", we buy distressed homes, renovate them to current market standards and resell them. We buy and sell homes throughout Central and Southern New Jersey. 

We are able to help people with their real estate needs by relying on our experience in project management,  homeownership and our network of real estate professionals.

In honor of our "Aunt" Marie and Grandma Fidalgo, JEM Home Buyers was formed after our family encountered some expected and unexpected life events.

Trying to navigate the Probate system and selling a home after an unexpected life event can be challenging. We know what this is like personally and want to help others who find themselves in unfamiliar situations. We strive to help people by buying their homes that may need some basic updates to full renovations. You don't need to worry about making repairs, house showings, inspections, appraisals and the many other things that come with listing your house on the market. We are here to make this process easy and take the stress away. 

JEM Home Buyers' work ethic and passion for helping others comes from our Grandpa Fidalgo. A licensed Electrician, he worked in his family business and was always available to help friends, family and those in need. We intend to carry on with this determination and compassion and be of service to the community.
